Terms & Conditions
  1. Prices & Taxes
    All prices quoted are Ex-Factory / Ex-Works basis. Price validity is 15 days from the date of quotation. Applicable GST and statutory taxes shall be charged extra as per prevailing government norms.

  2. Delivery Schedule
    Delivery period shall be 6–8 weeks from the date of receipt of confirmed purchase order along with advance payment.
    Ex-factory dispatch timelines are subject to material availability and production scheduling.

  3. Payment Terms
    • 60% advance payment along with confirmed order.
    • Balance 40% payment to be cleared before dispatch of the machine(s). Once the order is finalized, it cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be entertained.

  4. Production Capacity Disclaimer
    The stated production capacities are indicative and may vary depending on:
    • Raw material quality and consistency
    • Operating conditions
    • Operator skill and handling

  1. Spare Parts & Dispatch Charges
    Spare parts, if required, shall be supplied on a chargeable basis.
    Dispatch and logistics charges are extra and shall be borne by the client.

  2. Warranty
    • Warranty period: 1 year from the billing date
    • Covers manufacturing defects in non-movable parts only
    • Bought-out items (motors, electricals, etc.) shall carry OEM warranty terms
    • No warranty is applicable on movable / wear & tear parts
    • No liability for damages due to improper handling, misuse, or lack of maintenance

  3. Acceptance of Goods
    If the client or their authorized representative fails to attend the final inspection after being duly informed, the machine shall be deemed fully accepted and free from manufacturing defects.
    Goods once sold shall not be taken back, and no future claims shall be entertained.

  4. Final Inspection
    Final inspection shall be conducted at our works using the client’s raw material.
    The client must ensure timely dispatch of raw material prior to the inspection date.

  5. Demurrage Charges
    Any delay in releasing the balance payment after machine readiness intimation shall attract demurrage charges, calculated monthly on the outstanding amount.

  6. Freight & Insurance
    Dispatch shall be on “To Pay” basis.
    Transportation charges shall be paid by the client directly to the transporter.
    Transit insurance is the client’s responsibility.
    1% of the basic order value shall be charged extra towards handling & forwarding up to the transporter’s location.


  1. Erection & Commissioning
    If installation and commissioning services are required, the following shall be charged extra:
    • Technician service charges
    • To & fro travel expenses
    • Lodging and boarding expenses

  2. Machine Appearance
    Color combinations and machine aesthetics are subject to change without prior notice.
